Parenters does not disclose, sell, trade, or rent confidential information to others, unless you agree in advance, in writing.
Client confidentiality and privacy are taken very seriously at Parenters. The only individuals who have access to client information are members, managers, employees, or contractors of Parenters who have a need to access client information. All client information is recorded and kept in three (3) specific places within the company:
• On the company website in a secured client portal.
• In files within the secured network of the company, either on the company’s computer network or in paper files within the company’s office filing system.
• In files kept with our providers or consultants, all of whom have signed an agreement to keep client files confidential and return all client files to Parenters at the conclusion of the provision of services, or in the event his or her contract is terminated.
Clients are required to provide 24-hours’ notice to the provider or consultant for the cancellation of a scheduled session. Clients may reschedule the session anytime within ninety (90) days after the cancelled session.
In the event that an initial session is cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice clients will be billed for a one-hour session at the determined service fee, which is due and payable on the date that the session was originally scheduled. If clients have already prepaid for the cancelled session, there will be no additional charge for the cancelled appointment if it is rescheduled within ninety (90) days of the original cancelled session.
