How are consultants vetted?
We utilize a 6-point vetting process with our consultants which includes:
- A completed application
- A 2-hour in-person interview (an additional 2-hour on-boarding session if selected)
- Reference checks from 2-3 references
- Certification or license review (if applicable, not required for all consultants)
- A background check (if applicable, not required for all consultants)
