How are consultants vetted?

We utilize a 6-point vetting process with our consultants which includes:

  • A completed application
  • A 2-hour in-person interview (an additional 2-hour on-boarding session if selected)
  • Reference checks from 2-3 references
  • Certification or license review (if applicable, not required for all consultants)
  • A background check (if applicable, not required for all consultants)
  • Acknowledgement of our confidentiality and privacy policy (with signature)
