Nutrition Consultant

Traci has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist for over 20 years. Her current role as Director of Food and Nutrition Services for a local school district offers her many opportunities to positively influence student nutrition intake and education.

Since graduating from UT Austin with honors in Nutrition Science, she has practiced in many areas of nutrition. Over the years, Traci has given presentations and advised many, from students to adults, on food intolerance, gastrointestinal issues, weight management, food allergies, sports nutrition, and renal (kidney) nutrition. One of her favorite subjects to champion and coach is how to live an overall healthy lifestyle for the whole family from eating habits to staying active.

Traci enjoys yoga, paddle boarding, hiking and spending time with her husband, son and dogs.
